Sounds of heavy, ragged breathing coming from under a blanket and a wincing face appears for a moment before burying itself in a pillow.
She rubs her sweat covered forehead against the pillow for awhile before biting her lip in pain, drawing blood, body writhing under the covers in agony.
Shuensha fails to contain herself much longer and begins violently thrashing and kicking about the bed, screaming shrilly. Before doubling up and curling herself tightly into a ball.
